Corporate Philanthropy Leadership
KAISER SANTA ROSA
For their philanthropic leadership on behalf of SCHC and Santa Rosa, including a lead gift of $250K toward construction of the Parman Center for Community Health, demonstrating their understanding of SCHC's critical role ensuring the health and well being of Sonoma County's underserved, and funding for other critical community health initiatives.
SUTTER MEDICAL CENTER SANTA ROSA
For their philanthropic leadership on behalf of SCHC and Santa Rosa in providing a $1.25 million loan for the Santa Rosa Family Medicine Residency, to be forgiven over the next three years, to build capacity and strengthen the safety net.

Redwood Community Health Coalition
For her work as the executive director of RCHC. Under Ms. Oswald's leadership, RCHC has launched several major initiatives for community health centers and the community at large. Among the most notable are a groundbreaking health IT project bringin 11 community clinics together to purchase a common electronic health records system, and convening the Sonoma Health Access Coalition.

Director of Public Health Nursing, County of Sonoma Department of Health Services, Public Health Division
For her visionary work and collaboration in the community on behalf of children's health. Formerly the dierctor of the Roseland Children's Health Center, Ms. Chicoine started this clinic with the vision to make it a model in children's health care.
AMY SHAW, MD
Women's Health Advocate, Doyle Park Family Medicine
For her work as the physician champion for women's health issues in Sonoma County, particularly for the cause of breast cancer prevention and treatment. Dr. Shaw has been the driving force behind the establishment of the new Sutter Breast Care Center and the first Breast Care Symposium in Sonoma County.

For her leadership in streamlining the patient experience and taking on the management of the Chanage Family Practice Center from its launch as a remote clinic to the large, stable operation it is today, now the foundation for managing all of SCHC's sites.

For her work as Medical Assistant Supervisor and her commitment to giving patients the best possible experience at the health center.
