Created in 2002, Southwest Community Health Center's Endowment Fund provides an opportunity to create a lasting legacy in your name or your loved one's name to SCHC or to specific programs and services. Our endowment fund is managed through the Community Foundation Sonoma County to ensure the fund's financial stability and independence by drawing on the Foundation's expertise in investment management and planned giving.

Gifts of cash, real property, IRAs, life insurance, privately held or publicly traded securities, and planned gifts such as bequests and various charitable trusts may be designated for this fund. All contributions to the fund are tax-deductible in accord with applicable law.
