Southwest Community Health Center will be changing its name to Santa Rosa Community Health Centers.  This change reflects the fact that we have expanded beyond our original clinic in the southwest part of the city and now provide health care to 25,000 people in seven locations throughout Santa Rosa.  We also are planning a major expansion, including the purchase and renovation of a 42,500 square-foot building in northeast Santa Rosa that will expand services to an additional 10,000 patients.

We have already raised $1.2 million in private donations.

We need to raise an additional $1.3 million by January 31, 2010 to complete this $17.5 million project.
